JN PURSUANCE of the powers and authorities vested in them By “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” “The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924,” and the Acts amending the same respectively, and of all and each and every other power and authority thereunto, in that behalf, enabling them, the Hokitika Borough Council, act,ing on behalf of the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of .the Borough of Hokitika, at a Special Meeting held on the 22nd. JUNE, 1928, did pass resolutions: 1— To establish Parking Places for Motor Vehicles. 2 To regulate the speed of Motor Vehicles in certain streets. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that these resolutions will be confirmed and a special order made, at a meeting of the Council to be held at the Town Hall, Hokitika, on FRIDAY, the 27th.
