PACIFIC FLIGHT FUND
KEITH ANDERSON CLAIMS SHARE.

Litigation, arising from the Pacificflight, was begun in the Equity Court by Keith Anderson, who claims a share in the profits of the flight from Smith and Ulm, and alleges he was a partner therein since July, 1927, when preparations were begun. Plaintiff declares lie went to America with Smith and Ulm. He advanced sums of money to help tho venture and after the purchase of the aeroplane, lie, with defendants consent, returned to Australia. Anderson swears ho advanced more than two thousand dollars to date-.
Defendants deny partnership and contend the Southern Cross monoplane was a gift of Hancox, ail American . Justice Owen granted a temporary injunction, restraining defendants from dealing with the flight funds. DEATH SENTENCE COMMUTED. (Received this dav at 11.0 a.m.! MELBOURNE, July 20. The dentil sentence passed on Gordon for double murder has been commuted to life imprisonment.
