WFATHER FORECAST AT *4OON. The indications are lor northerly winds of moderate strength gradually freshening and backing by north to south after about thirty-six hours. The weather appears likely to bo cloudy and unsettled with rain following and mild temperatures, but will probably become colder after twenty hours. The barometer is unsteady. Seas moderate, but will-increase ; tides good.
