NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. TIMETABLE ALTERATIONSCOMMENCING MONDAY, 9th. JULY, the following time-table alterations will operate: CHRLSTCHUROH-SPRINGFIELD-GREYMOUTH. Passenger train will run Christchurch to Springfield on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays as follows: Christchurch dep. 8.53 a.m., Hornby 9.16, Springfield arr. 11.23 a.m. Will stop where required for passengers. Usual 9.45 a.m. Christchurch-Grey-moutli TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY. Mail train will leave Christchurch 10.20 a.m., .Springfield arrive 11.35 a.m. thence to Grey mouth as at present. Between Christchurch and Springfield the mail train will stop at Addington only to pick up passengers for Springfield and beyond. Passengers from or to stations Middleton to Annat inclusive, will require to travel by the 8.55 a.m. Christ-church-,Springfield train. Usual 10.28 a.ni. Greymouth-Christ-clmrcli TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY mail train will leave Springfield 3.48 p.m., Christchurch arrive 5 p,m.

After leaving Springfield it will stop only at Hornby to pick tip and set down passengers and at Addington to set down. Passengers to or from stations Annat to .Middleton inclusive (except Hornby) will require to travel bv the 3.52 p.in.
