LATE LOCALS.

In connection with Dr Toichelniann’s lecture at the Town Hall to-night, as seating accommodation is limited, all seats are reserved for the visiting farmers. A social follows at the Soldiers’ Hall at 9.30 o’clock. The public are invited to he present and assist in the entertainment of the visitors. Short addresses will be given, also some musical items and dancing. Supper will he served by Airs Preston in the annexe. Tiie visitors depart at 6.55 a.m. by train to-morrow. Those visiting AVailio Glacier leave Newman’s iGarage at 8.30 o’clock and return Friday, going on to Christchurch by Saturday's train.
