SUPREME COURT.

WESTLAND DISTRICT. C'ROPP V. CROPP. The reserved decision of Mr Justice Adams in the aljove case, heard at the last sitting of the Supreme Court here was read by Air C. W. Carver, Registrar, this morning, a summary of which is as follows: His Honor decided that in the circumstances, Mrs Cropp should not have been left out as a beneficiary under the will. The will would therefore he varied by an order that Mrs Cropp he pa ill the sum of £6OO in a lump sum. Costs were, allowed as follows:—Plaintiff’s counsel (Mr Murdoch) £ls 15s; Executor’s costs (Air Elcock) £l2 12s, and Afessrs Cropp Bros. (Air Joyce) £lO 10s. Disbursements to be fixed by the Registrar.
