BIG SAVING ON GAS —“The wonderful progress in modern gas cookery, with its complete elimination of smell, makes cooking to-day a pleasure. Everything connected with this Cooker tends to save labour, and the monthly saving on the gas bill is enormous. MEAT PERFECTLY COOKED—“The over, well raised from the floor, has hut one burner; which is now closed in, thus retaining considerably more heat, and giving more cooking space. A more uniform heat is obtamed, improving the browning of bread and pastry; the steamy atmosphere is ideal, ahd meat cooked in it retains all its natural delicate flavour. AUTOMATIC OVEN HEAT CONTROL—“The interior of the oven is ena-mel-lined, with grids that slide on the embossed sides, requiring only a few rubs with’ a damp cloth to clean. The oven is fitted with an automatic heat controller, and by simply following the directions given, the inexperienced can cook alike with the experienced. One simply has to light the gas and warm the oven for ten or fifteen minutes, set the regulator, insert the food, and, at the end of the required time remove the food, perfectly cooked. When the regulator is set, the temperature of the oven cannot vary and either high or low temperature goods can he cooked, or both simultaneously—milk puddings at the bottom and roasts in the high temperature higher up. Advantages of this regulator are: Economy of gas, simplified cooking, and certain success every time. BURNERS CANNOT GET CLOGGED—“The hot plate is fitted with single bars * easily removed, and replaced for cleaning, and economy boiling burners which cannot hecome blocked by food boiling over. The flames spread out underneath the saucepan, so that all gas burned is utilised. I le taps always remain tight and secure, never leak or smell; do not project when “off,” and so cannot he accidentally turned on. The hot-plate lias a specially designed flat portion for giving stability to small utensils. The two revolving grilling burners can also be used for boning purposes, folding plate rack is fitted, and cleaning is simplicity itself.
