MAGISTRATE'S DECISION.
Judgment has been given in a case where the quality of a tobacco was the. cause of a dispute—which originally arose between two solicitors who maintained that because certain brands of tobacco were 'Virginian blend they were of highest quality. The magistrate, however, reversed this opinion He stated that he had given grave consideration to the question of tobacco superiority, and lie was convinced Unit Bears’ Tobacco, was the leading totems because it was conclusively proved tc be pure Virginian. Did- you know Bears is now obtainable in handy pocket tins containing 20z., Is. 6d.? Also sold loose by weight at_Bd. per ounce.
