LATE LOCALS.
The agreement recently arrived at by the Coal Owners’ Association and the West Coast Miners’ District Council has been ratified by all of the Unions but the Blackball Union. The Blackball Union, by a majority of thirtythree out of one hundred and sixty present, rejected the clause dealing with tiie starting of fresh hands. Two of the Ituller District Unions took exception to this Clause, but they have nevertheless ratified the agreement.
