LONDON, June 20. In the Tour do France at Brest, Verlincgen was first. Time 24 4.8 seconds. Vandecastelc second and Frantz third. Oppcrman was thirteenth, S& Watson fourteenth. Both times wore 25 260 seconds. Brninbi idge ’ twenty-fifth- Time 20,273 seconds.
