INCITING TO AIURDER. SYDNEY; June 13

Arising out of his statements, as cabled to-day, Mr J. S. Garden (Secretary of the Trades and Labour Council) was arrested late this afternoon and charged with inciting persons to murder. He was admitted to bail in in surety of £3OO. The New South AA’alcs State Government is responsible for the present arrest of Air Garden.
