Sir Jo.vnson Hicks, replying to Ah' Phillip Snowclcn (Labour) said lie hoped to issue a white paper on the Department’s investigations into the finances of the Communist organisations from foreign sources. Commander Ivemvorthy (Labour): “ Are you now in a position to say if you are taking action?” Sir J. Hicks: "I cannot say.”
