INDUSTRIAL RABBITS.
At this week’s meeting of the Auckland Industrial ltabbit Club it was reported that the Prime Minister had promised that the Department of Agriculture should look into the question of permitting the industry. Concern was expressed at the delay in granting tlie permission, as the club’s envoy was now landing in England, and the delay threatened to nullify his operations. It was resolved that the secretary- write to the Prime Minister urging speed, that an appeal be made to members of Parliament, and that the other fifty branches throughout New Zealand lie asked to take tlie same course.
