The Shansi army is encamped von the outskirts of Peking,- awaiting its complete evacuation by Chang Tso-liiP’s troops. Nationalist flags are flying in the capital. WAGE DISPUTE SETTLED. ENGLISH SHIPBUILDERS. RUGBY, June 6. The wages dispute in the shipbuilding trade has been settled. The associated employers have consented to an increase in the bonus to the workers, which the unions accepted. Tlie unions agreed to nominate a committee-to devise, vitli the employers’ representatives, regulation of wage rates in accordance with the fluctuation in their industry.
