May, 1920, fixing the Annual, License Fee for kerbside petrol pumps at five pounds be rescinded.” 2 “That tho Council effect an Insurance Policy with the State Fire Insurance to cover the Council’s legal liability in respect- of tlio issuing of Licenses permitting the erection and use of kerbside petrol pumps.” ,'i—“That the annual license fee for kerbside petrol pumps be increased to £0 5s and that the increased fee operates at the next renewal of each license.”
