The track was in better order. The totalisaor handled £02,584), as against £59,043) for the third day last year, an increase of £2,041. For the meeting the total was £231,438 as against £226,179, an increase of £5,259. Results: —- Auckland Steeplechase.—(l) Glendoivie 1, (8) Ivaivini Olive 2, (7) Wedding March 3. Also ran: Rennie scr., Kainekamelia 2). AVon by a length. Time 6.3 3-5. Beau Cavalier and Alaunga fell. Campbell Hurdles.—(3) Pencils 1, (4) Glen Canny 2. Time 3.56 2-5.
Visitors’ Handicap.—(4) The Fox 1, (5) Hillikins 2, (7) Hyde Park 3. Won by half a length ; a bead. Time 1.16 3-5. Fitzroy Handicap.—(l) ALirble King 1, (2) Alodest Boy 2, (3) Oscar 3. AVon by three-quarters of a length; half a length. Time 1.43 3-5.

Dunedin Steeplechase.—(2) Babe 1, (3) Royal Fashion 2, (6) Ranui 3. All started. AVon by three lengths; four lengths. Time 4.38. Domain Handicap.—(2) Carinthia 1, L‘j) Despot 2, (1) Aleadow Lark 3. Won by two lengths; ono length. Time 1.17 4-5.
Emerson (the rider of Carinthia) was suspended for one month for crossing Despot in the straight. Taliuna Steeplechase.—(l) Jovial 1, (3) Ramanawhiri 2, (2) .Message liny 3. AVon by ten lengths each. Time 4.32 1-5.
Farewell Handicap.—(6) Gold Alint 1, (2) Rotor 2. (15) Antrim Boy 3. AVon by a neck; a head. Time 1.304-5. The tote took £22,957) for the day, compared with £27,985 for the third day last year; making a total for the meeting of £75,039), compared with £82,572) last year.
ENGLISH DERBY. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, June 0. The Derby resulted: —Eelstead 1, Flamingo 2, Black AA'atch 3. Nintcen started. AVon by ono and n-lialf lengths and six lengths. Time 2.34 2-5, which equals Call Boy’s record.
After three false starts Flamingo was best away. Eelstead took the lead to Tottenham Comer and was unchallenged thereafter. The favour-
ite, Fairway, never was prominent. Sunny Trace was well placed at Tattenlmm, but failed to stay.
