OTBALI-Kits’ BUS CRASHES. J SYDNEY, May 27. A bus carrying forty footballers crashed into a bridge at Newcastle last night. Sixteen of them were injured, two seriously.
FURTHER SAMOA ARRESTS. (Special to Press Assn, by Radio.) APIA, May 26. Two Man chiefs charged with assault refused summonses to attend the court and intimated they did not recognise the administration. The military police arrested them to-day and the occasion was marked by an unsuccessful attempt by Mau supporters to prevent Nb the -arrest, in which several men ref'ceived damage from police batons.
