SiX'CKKS OK MODERATES. (Received tliis day at 1.5 p.m.) PARIS, April AO. Election results show definitely a confide nee in M. Poincare and lii.s policy. His support is at least .'fill and shows the most moderate movement of public opinion from extremes and left centre towards the right centre. It is a victory lor the elements of modelation and the verdict is in fnvotu ol order and security at home and abroad, it is thought the restoration of confidence reflected in the financial uoild will he maintained. The elections show France is internally predominantly Republican and anxious to avoid extremes and experiments of any kind.
