V meeting ol the District Committee ol the Grey mouth Jocko®’ C lid* was held yesterday. A letter was received from A. Mosservy asking that his suspension of one month, indicted lor crossing in the Metropolitan llandicapi at the Gro\ mouth d.C. meeting he lifted, lie expressed regret for the incident and as the suspension was interfering with his living, asked that iu he lifted. He contended that he had been punished siillieiently. It was decided in vary the suspension to lourtoen days, which period will elapse to-morrow.
