DISPUTED DIVORCE CASK. AUCKLAND. April 28. A remarahle divorce case is occupying the Supreme Court, in which William George Bright petitioned for a divorce from his wife Maria Catherine, on the grounds of separation, and the latter counter-petitioned denying any agreement, and if so it was because of wrongful conduct on the part of the husband. A motor car belonging to E. R. N. Russell, which was removed from Princess Street early this morning, was recovered about two hours later at Onehunga under exciting circumstances.
