QI'AKK HOHHOHS. (Received this day at 8 a m.) ATIIKXS, April Ihirteen earthquake shocks were recorded in Greece on Tm—day. Kilteen thousand Corinthians are -till homeless. Rain is falling heavily. .Many de-ire to settle elsewhere and the railways have begun trail-porting some tree ol di-l. Others are treking on the roads abandoning all property in order to e-eape the terror of further shocks. Cabinet -Ministers who visited Corinth District estimate the damage at 21 \ millions sterling. British sailors who happened to he in port did splendid service rescuing distressed people. The superintendent of the telegraph service displayed great heroism. Though his wife and children perished in a collapsing building, he remained at his port.
