In the Commons the Admiralty in a statement considered Admiral Collar:! initially blameworthy.
Air Rridgeman said Dewar and Daniel would he suitably re-emploved as vacancies occur. Admiral Collard already bad been relieved of his command and would be placed on the retired list.
