Australian Press Assn.—-United Service UNLAWFUL INSTITUTION. NEW YORK. April 13. A message from Pittsburg states that in dismissing the Ku Klux Klan suit against five so-called rebel members, Federal Judge Thomson bitterly scorned the Klan and its principles. Jle said that the organisation came to Court with filthy hands, and therefore deserved no eonsideratiou irom the Court. He also said it was an unlawful institution. and charged the Klan with being directly responsible for the breaking down of the fundamental principles upon which United States governement was trained. WASHINGTON. April 11. Over one hundred members ol the all America, anti-imperialistic league were arrested alter they held a demonstration at White House protesting against the American policy in Nicaragua.
