TROUSER-SKIRTS. PARIS. February 1. Trouser-skirts, which were first shown in 1013 but met with little favour have been reintroduced. Many examples from well-designed pantaloons to a more immature form resembling riding shirts were shown to-day at once of the fashion houses. Women looked at the models with an amused curiosity. Many said frankly that they could not see themselves wearing the more advanced type. All the skirts are considerably longer than the present fashion.
