Ihe hanks have it in their power to disseminate a knowledge of fundamental and world-wide economic conditions. I hey can enlighten the world about these conditions. If they mean to progress, the hanks must know that economics govern our future, and they cannot discharge their obligations to the public without educating the public to a knowledge of economics. Canterbury College and the Chamber of Commerce are doing excellent work in this direction, but the banks are capable of assisting in fhis work.
