According to the “ Vossische Zeitung.” the National Peasants Party of Roiiinaiiia had planned a revolt against the Government and threaten to proclaim an independent Government. Karlstadt. leader of the Alaniu, has summoned a party congress and it is expected three hundred thousand peasants will send delegates, and the resignation of Premier Bratianu will he demanded. The Government fears to forbid the congress because it would he necessary to use the Army which refuses to he employed for political purposes.
