THOUGHTS FOR THE TIMES
Tim Coming Session— A Foukcast. It will be a “talking” session. “ Hansard ” and the Press Gallery will have their respective hands full. 11 it is all over by the first week in October, members will have plenty of time to get hack to their electorates in order to continue their (low of pre-election oratory. The Minister of Agriculture and the member for Ohinemuri will face new constituents. The boundaries commissioners would have their little joke! With sixteen Reform hackbenchers indicated as likely to lose their seats, what a scamper there will be lor home! The election campaign won’t open too soon for a good many people. —Auckland paper.
