THURSDAY, MARCH 29th. (Before W. MeJdrum, Esq., S.M.) LICENSING ACT. A charge of being on licensed piomises after hours was made against a local resident who was ordered to pay costs 10s. CYCLING WITHOUT A LIGHT. Leslie Ogilvie and 11. G. Broadtent, charged with riding a cycle at night without a light, were fined 5s and costs 10s each. DEBT CASES. Hokitika Borough Council (Mr Park) v e,. D. Brown, claim £l3 6s 8(1 ~~ Judgment for amount with costs £3 9s .Tames King (Mr Elcock) v. Malli Martin, claim £3 Us for plaintiff with costs £1 15s 6d.
