MOSCOW MYSTERY. ARREST OF GERMANS. BERLIN. March 13. Tlio. mystery surrounding the arrest of the six Germans on the. 11th. March! deepens. Inquiries are being made in diplomatic channels, both here and at Moscow, where Chicherin is reported to have put off the German Ambassador with a mere statement that legitimate suspicion exists that the arrested men were engaged in sabotage, which in Russia amounts to high treason, involving a trial by the Supreme Court. The employers of the arrested men. including the famous A. G. A'. General Electric Coy. declare that the charge is preposterous. It is reported from Moscow that Rv--1,-ofl said it was not suggested that English and German firms mixed themselves in such affairs, hut it had been established that their employees are implicated in the plot. So far ■as is known no Englishmen have been arrested.
