If such are taking place, they are confined to Guiana. A London cable stated J. A. Timms (Conservative) told members ot the C ominous that there was a possibility ol.tlie annexation of Guiana to Canada being discussed. TORONTO, -March 7. A bill providing for the sexual sterilisation of the feeble-minded, has been passed by Alberta legislature. It now awaits the assent of the Lieutenant Governor. Edmonton is the lirst province in. Canada to pass such legislation.
