A presentation will be made to Mr Keoxing in appreciation of the keen interest he took in swimming during his stay in Hokitika, especially in teaching the younger swimmers. It was mentioned at the meeting that cash prizes were being oHe red to school children at Oreymouth on Saturday, anil it was decided to warn any members of the 1 hlb over the age of 11 years that by competing for cash prizes they would forfeit their amateur status, and would be debarred from all swimming competitions.
