DISCOVERY BY CONSTABLE. A constable in going his rounds found close on midnight a small package on the ground. If 1m had not inadvertently kicked it with his foot it would have lain undetected. Picking it up, he found that it was an ounce packet of tobacco. However, on examining it closely, he made the discovery that it was not ordinary tobacco, hut Bears’, which some sorrowing owner had lost. The constable is now a Bears’ Tobacco enthusiast. You should try Bears’—sold loose at Bd. an ounce, and in handy packets, loz. 9d., 2oz. Is 6d.
