Hinkler’s failure to complete an insurance policy before leaving London, robs him of £2,(100 which he would otherwise have gained. Hinkler probably continues his flight to-day. CONGRATULATIONS. (Received this day at 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 22. Air Minister Sir S. Iloare cabled Hinkler on belialt of the Air Council: ■Warm congratulations on vour record ireaking achievement.
