The New Zealander sparred rounds to-day with two partners and skipped and punched a bag and -liadow boxed several rounds in the local gymnasium. His trainer declared that bis condition was very satisfactory. Delaney is training in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and will come to New York on tlie day of the fight. He had fourteen rounds of mixed exercise today, including six rounds of sparring with two partners. He weighs 185 pounds. Keeney is consiijpred favourite, particularly owing to l|is heavy hitting power, and Delaney’s hackers are inclined to believe he is unable to stind up to the New Zealander’s heavy battery.
