RIFLE SHOOTING.
(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) CHEVTOWN. Feb. 20. The Papawai Rifle Meeting opened this morning under good conditions. The sun was shining with steady light and there was an easterly breezo which caused no inconvenience. Tho president, .1. F. Thompson welcomed the visitors.
