Neale moved that- tlio Conference early in its session appoint a committee including departmental officers of the Church, to consider the host method of consolidating and extending Methodism throughout the Dominion, the committee to give attention to such matters as the establishment of secondary schools, the training or religions educational instructions and the subsiding of aggressive circuit movements and district extensions and the augmentation of ministerial stipeids.
