There was a fair crowd on Gass ■Square last evening to witness the AA'hippct racing announced. The racing proved ot great interest to those present and the following are the results : First race, first heat.—Prince l.ou 1, Comedy Lad 2. Second heat. Captain Comedy 1. Aliss Argylle 2. I bird peat.—Linder Lou 1. Laughing Eyes •_> Final.—Linder Lon 1. Captain Comedy 2. Second race.- Ouiinet 1. Linder Lou 2. Third race.— Bingo Boy 1. Ouimet 2. Hurdles, first heat.—Betty 1, Tinker Toy 2. Second heat.—Aliss Argyle 1. Linder Lou 2.
