Oliver Victor Truokwell, common us;ault on a female, to come up for senenoe within three months. Frances Robert Nicholson, indecent assault on a female, to come up lor lentcnce within three months. Walter Fraser Sherriff for harness mrglary, two years gaol. James O’Brien, a rac-ecouse pickmcket, six months gaol and declared in habitual criminal. Harold Hardgrave, theft, probation me year. Edward Frederick Wilde, making also statement, that he posted a liicket containing money, was fined £lO iml to pay costs £ll.
