Jtepionld Danny's riding of an airplane resulted ni it marital crash in which the American film afctor lust both wife and daughter via the divorce courts. Ills wife, Mrs Irene Denny, stage actress, won a decree of divorce in the Supreme Court of Los Angeles on grounds of cruelty. One of the acts of cruelty charged against the actor was that he insisted on flying, although he knew the act filled her with terror, and that he not onl\ took the airplane flights himself hut would take their small daughter Balhara with him into the air.
