(Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) COS(;RAVE’S RETURN. LONDON, Feb. 12. Remarkable scenes were witnessed on Mr C'osgrave’s return to Dublin. Aeroplanes escorted the vessel fifty miles out, and on arrival at Kingston a salute of nineteen guns was fired. He was motored to Dublin at the boundary of flic city proper, and was met by an enormous crowd, and a procession including several bands, Mr Cosgrave’s car Itcing preceded and followed by detachments of cavalry. Thus through thronged streets, and amidst deafening cheers, he -proceeded, with illuminated aeroplanes flying overhead. His arrival at O'Connell Street was signalised by the discharge of rockets, while from Nelson’s Pillar searchlights swept the city. In a brief speech from a temporary stand, every reference made by Mr Cosgravo to America was cheered.
