At the close of the day’s program me an inquiry was held concerning humping alleged to have been received on tin* rail in the Electric Handicap, and tln> rider of Dobbin (O. Broughton) was found guilty of incompetent riding causing Lady Ideal to bore and bump Coot on to the rails. Broughton was suspended for 14 days from to-day. GISBORNE R.C\ MEETING. GISBORNE, Feb. 2.
