Ill' added: There was much talk in Britain of a Great East African dominion. but that would be a violation of the mandates system and a violation of German rights, amounting to dishonesty. Herr Sclinee added that Germany should not agree to such changes without her consent.
Herr Stresomann. replying said that the Germ,nil Government would cc-r----tainlv oppose an alteration oi the mandate system in Hast Africa, and -*bevvliere.
