STEAMER ATTACKED. SHANGHAI, Jan. 27
The Czeeho-Slovakian steamer Braga, oil route from Manila to Tsingtoo. was attacked by a Cantonese gunlioati off Shantung coast and a three hour running fight ensued. Oil arrival at Tsiiigtoo it was stated the Praga carried ninety thousand rifles and several million rounds of aminunrtion ordered by Changcluingchong, military governor of Shantung through a German firm.
