SENIOR APPOINTMENTS. WELLINGTON, Jan. 25. Following recent changes in the higher administration of the Railway Department, a further and more extensive list of senior appointments has been announced by the Railway Board. In some cases these amount to confirmation of positions originally held hut regraded in accordance with the general scheme of regrading adopted in the first division of the service.
