'Plie AVest Coast Tournament, after a delay owing to rain in the morning, commenced proceedings shortly after I p.m.. the rain having stopped and the Courts dried up sufficiently to allow of play taking place.

Horotra stated that, he was organising an engineering business in Australia. and would leave for Atelhoiirne to-morrow, hut return in time for Saturdav's matches.
