The wrecked houses and furniture wore scattered in all directions. CYCLONE DAMAGE. (Beosived this day at Id. 15 a.mA SYDNEY. .Tan. 25. The cyclone at Newcastle, cabled last night, lasted only fifteen minutes. It carried everything Indore it. and did damage to the extent of ten thousand sterling, none of which was covered by insurance. Accompanied by a blinding rain, the cyclone tore its way along a clearly defined route, about fifty yards wide through the suburbs of Mayfield and Waratnh. Iron and tiled roofs were blown off like paper and in some instances whirled a hundred yards away. Apart from slight, injuries suffered by two women, who were struck by falling debris, no casualties are reported. Altogether fifteen homes were wreok-
