(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) PERTH. Jan. 16. The annual swim through Perth, a distance of three miles was won by E. Hilles, who covered tbe distance in 1 hour 26 minutes 32 1-5 seconds. Hilles time was also the fastest for the race.
