BAItON ARRESTED. BERLIN, Nov. -23. Baron Edgar von Bleicliroder, brother of the head of the famous banking (inn, has been arrested at Dresden on a charge of aiding and allotting in the kidnapping of a child. The child is 3J- years old and is the son of his sister. Fran ITershel. who is living apart from her husband. Last September Frau ilersehel went to see her husband, who had the child and it is slated that she managed by a ruse to get both the child and its nurse away. The baron is accused of driving, the motor ear in which his sister (led with the nurse and child, and lie lias heed arrested because he refused to give his word that he would not leave Germany before the case was settled. His sister and her child are living in Paris.
