BOWLING.
A three-rink team from the Hokitika Bowling Club travelled to Greymouth yesterday afternoon, where they were well beaten. The Grey green was very hard and fast, having little grass on it. and the visitors could not settle down to the conditions. A couple of light showers fell during the play, driving the players to the pavilion for a while. Results were:— HOKITIKA GREYMOUTH. J.
