ARAHURA FAT STOCK SALE M. 'HOUSTON AND CO.’S REPORT. At the above sale on Monday our yarding of fat stock comprised 80 fat sheep and lambs and 50 head of fat cattle. The usual buyers were in attendance and competition was good at prices on a par with those of last sale.

We sold as follows:—-On account of Nolan Bros. 22 fat. sheep at 28s. 4 n.t 29s 6d, 24 at 35s ; on account of T. Staines 8 fat lambs at 35s 3d, 1 fat ewe at 355, 9 at 335. 7 at 4<is. 4 lambs at 255, 1 ram at 465; on account of A. Simpson 1 fat cow at £6 17s (id; on account of W. Barrowmnn 1 row and calf at 57s 6d : on account of W. R. Adamson 1 bullock at £lO 10s, 2 at £ll 12s 6d. 1 at'£l2 17s (id. 1 cow at £9 2s 6d. 1 at £9 7s 6d. 2 heifers at £ll. 2 bullocks at £l4 ss. 2 at £l3, 2 cows at £lO 12s (id. 2 at £8 10s. 2 bullocks at £l3 15s. 1 at £l4 ss; on account of C. Donovan 2 heifers at £lO 7s (id. 2 at £B. 2 at £l2 7s (id. 2 heifers at £7 15s. 2 bullocks at £l2 ss. 2 heifers at £9 2s (id. 2 bullocks at £l2 ss. At the conclusion ot the fat slock sale we held a sale of store cattle as follows:—On account of J. McMahon 30 3 year steers at £O. U) cows and heifers at £4 10s; on account of T.
